THREE SHEETS TO THE WIND

"Three Sheets to the Wind" is a hammock installation that invites participants to share what it means to be connected in an oscillating ecosystem. In order to find balance, the participating public must find mutually dependent yet individual body experiences that mediate self-governing but wholly accepted rules of play. The project was developed by Julia Prudhomme, David Kadish, and Jeannette Angel in Denise Kenney's graduate course in interdisciplinary studio practice and the Eco-Art Incubator has subsequently commissioned it for the Bishop Bird Sanctuary Project and the ALECC Conference.
